I thought that the acting was outstanding. Truly. All four characters felt like living, breathing people, with depth and a life outside of the confines of the Hospital waiting room where they happen to find themselves in on Christmas Eve.
What I didn't like
I’m excited to see this show develop. I think there’s a lot of Sartre’s “No Exit” in this story, bringing three people into the hell of unsatisfying employment, and one person into the hell of a broken marriage and a bad car crash. I enjoyed the show, but wasn’t sure why it ended where it did. I’d love to see the production team continue to refine the story. I truly feel there’s something there.
My overall impression
A well acted meditation for all of those unsatisfied with their job and those who wind up in the emergency room on Christmas Eve.
