What I liked
The acting was fantastic and all the directing choices. I especially loved how the unpacking of the relationship happened while trying to fix the ship. This staging all felt really natural and helped suck me in to the story as if I was watching it like a bystander. I loved the way the alien being was depicted as well and all the sounds used throughout the show. I feel like with theater it can be easy to make a sci-fi show seem cheesy but this did not feel cheesy at all- I was completely onboard with everything and it all felt so realistic and true that I was able to really receive the message about humanity and the nuance of our nature, the good and bad and grey in between, without being distracted by overdone sci-fi elements. Extremely well done and would love to see this show continue in more venues!

I was really moved by “Strange Beings.” I loved the relationship between the two main characters and all the twists along the way.
