I loved this dive into Andy Warhol’s career and art scene, full of all the camp and humor you’d expect! The actors all give stellar performances that really bring out the humanity, coolness, and drug-induced weirdness of these people. The practical effects are killer. It’s just so much fun! And now I know more about Andy Warhol. I hope it gets a Blood for Dracula sequel!

I absolutely loved Warhol 4D! This was not simply a theatrical production – it felt like stepping directly inside the beautifully chaotic, brilliantly eccentric mind of Andy Warhol himself. From beginning to end, the show captured the energy, unpredictability, and layered complexity of an artist who quite literally changed the way the world views art, celebrity, and culture. Bold. Experimental. Hypnotic. Exactly the kind of artistic risk-taking Warhol himself would have celebrated.

What impressed me most was the extraordinary talent on stage. Every performer brought an intensity and commitment that felt fearless. The cast didn’t simply perform… they embodied the surreal world Warhol inhabited. The level of professionalism was remarkable, and every moment felt polished and deliberate.

The music choices and stunning projected visuals elevated the entire experience. Together they created an atmosphere that was vibrant and emotionally charged – almost as if the audience had been granted backstage access to Warhol’s own subconscious. Provocative, and visually intoxicating… exactly what great immersive theatre should be.

Steven Vlasak did a great job of re-creating the Factory World where Andy Warhol and friends made films with Edie Sedgwick. The actress who played Edie did a wonderful job. She was brave, courageous, and truly committed to the role.

I especially liked the dance party scene. There were many shocking elements to the show, which will most likely be a big draw once word gets out. Also, anyone interested in Andy Warhol and Sedgwick will want to do more research on their relationship, which, after seeing this play, I did, watching documentaries about Edie and Warhol. Clearly Steven did his research! If a Fringe play could become a “Cult Classic” this will surely become that, which will be no surprise as this playwright has had a string of successful Hollywood Fringe productions over the years.

Clever adaptation of a true story with some memorable performances and effects! If you’re familiar with Andy Warhol’s filmmaking or history, or not, this is a fun time capsule to journey into. The cast is terrific and they really draw you into this experimental time! I recommend!

The show is a visual treat. Totally entertaining. I have a particular interest in Warhol and his Factory days. I read the book Edie, and also saw the Warhol Frankenstein movie back in the day, so I was delighted by all the references. However, even if it’s unfamiliar territory to some, it’ll still be a fun and quirky frolic.

Steven Vlasak is a veteran Fringe director with a wide and interesting range of material. His productions have always been inventive and worth seeing. There were very elaborate stage elements for a Fringe show, and it covered an assortment of topics related to the art and history of Warhol. It moved quickly through a lot of territory, so it was a visual whirlwind, with some of it quite over the top, which would be expected of a “Grand Guignol.”

Great, hilarious, bloody gore and sublimely insane – great actors, great presentation. Made me miss Andy Warhol even more. The outrageousness of the plot, a real tribute to a great provocateur.

Silly, fun and outrageous Rocky Horror Show Live meets Peewee’s Playhouse and Boogie Nights! Brave actors! Andrew Goetten did a great Andy Warhol (whom I’ve met and he was spot on!) Loved the fake “body parts” and what they did with them, and how they used Andy being shot as the impetus for his Frankenstein! All the actors were great!!

I was deeply moved and amazed by this wonderful show! Despite the gore and Grand Guignol, which usually isn’t my cup of tea, in this case it actually allowed me to lose myself in hysterical laughs and awe of the performances. This show touched me to my core! I was completely transported to the Factory in the sixties! All the actors were absolutely mesmerizing and believable. I was moved to tears by the images of Edie. The whole play felt so nostalgic, and such a love letter to those times and people, most certainly a highlight of this year’s Fringe.

Genuinely captures the spirit of the Warhol films in a stage play. The unusual pacing, varied tones, structure, and mix of performance styles, plus nudity from the jump and the hilarious grotesque violence perfectly capture the spirit of the Warhol films. Jordan Mullins turns in two highly entertaining performances as both Edie Sedgwick and The Bride.
