Marija Johansson is a Serbian-born, Los Angeles based actor and multidisciplinary theatre and film artist working across performance, stage management, assistant directing, and cinematography.
She is currently Stage Managing The Tempest while appearing as Starveling/Moonshine in A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Her recent stage work also includes Hamlet, The Taming of the Shrew, and an all-female production of Julius Caesar. With a background in music, voice, dance, and movement, she is drawn to ambitious, character-driven work and collaborative productions where artists wear more than one hat.
